Av Herald riporta che "An Air France Airbus A321-200, registration F-GTAN performing flight AF-7633 from Bordeaux to Paris Charles de Gaulle (France), was on final approach to Charles de Gaulle's runway 26L with autopilot and autothrust engaged, when autothrottle disconnected and the speed decayed until the alpha floor protection activated accelerating the engines to takeoff/goaround thrust and disengaging the autopilot. The crew took control, stabilized the aircraft and continued for a safe landing on runway 26R.
The BEA reported in their weekly bulletin of Sep 11th that the autothrust system had disengaged permitting the airspeed to decay to a point where the alpha floor protection activated, disengaged the autopilot and accelerated the engines. The crew took manual control and continued the landing. The BEA is investigating the serious incident."

While turning final the alpha protection activated, the aircraft reached a minimum height of 700 feet before the crew initiated a go-around. The aircraft subsequently positioned for another approach and landed safely.
The French BEA reported in their weekly bulletin that the occurrence was rated a serious incident and an investigation by the BEA has been opened.

The aircraft continued the approach, while descending through 2800 feet on autopilot the aircraft pitched up to 25 degrees nose up and alpha floor protection and TOGA LOCK activated at 20:45L (18:45Z), the aircraft climbed to about 4400 feet. The crew managed to regain control of the aircraft and landed the aircraft safely on runway 29 about 7 minutes later.

Subsequently, while descending through 2800 feet, the aircraft, still on autopilot, pitched up to 25 degrees nose up, Alpha Floor and TOGA LOCK activated. The crew managed to continue for a safe landing at Bordeaux. The BEA have opened an investigation into the occurrence rated a serious incident.
