An IrAero Antonov AN-24, registration RA-46561 performing flight IAE-103 from Chita to Blagoveshchensk (Russia) with 31 passengers and 5 crew, overran the runway by about 200 meters/650 feet while landing in Blagoveshchensk in thunderstorms at approx. 14:20L (04:20Z). 12 people including the 3 flight crew received injuries of varying degree and were taken to hospitals, the aircraft was substantially damaged.
Russia's Emergency Ministry (MCHS) of Amur region reported the aicraft was landing in heavy rain, strong gusts and reduced visibility. The gear collapsed and the left wing separated from the aircraft.
Blagoveshchensk's runway 18/36 is 3120 meters long and offers an ILS approach to runway 36 and a two NDB approach to runway 18.

Re: An24 perde ala in atterraggio
"On Aug 17th 2011 Rostransnadzor decided to suspend the air operator's certificate of IrAero after another AN-24 exited paved surface while taxiing for takeoff in Chita (Russia) on Aug 17th. Rostransnadzor commented, that IrAero aircraft rolling onto soft ground seem to become a regular event with the airline."
