The world's first civilian-registered Sukhoi Su-27 Flanker jet, N131SU, takes off and climbs to 10,000 feet MSL (Mean Sea Level).
The time from liftoff to level-off was 54 seconds.
It should be noted that with continuous afterburner, not restricted by regulatory speed restictions, and not intending to level off at 10,000', this aircraft could have reached the 10,000' mark in approximately 15-20 seconds.
